Halston Europe DOO Novi Sad operates the Halston Tire Guard website and related B2B marketing, and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our registered office is in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia (full registered address available on request). The Halston Tire Guard product range is manufactured by Shenzhen Gorilla Electric LTD. • Information you give us — such as your name, business name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number, and details about your business when you submit our application/enquiry form or contact us.
• Technical and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring URLs, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications — the content of messages you send us.

3. How and why we use your data (legal bases)

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information, quote or strategy call you requested — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving prospective partners.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:

• Framer — website hosting and form delivery.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our customer-relationship platform, used to store your enquiry and to send our email and WhatsApp communications.
• Mailgun — email delivery for messages we send you.
• Meta Platforms — website analytics and advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel), and delivery of WhatsApp messages.

These providers may only use the data to provide services to us. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

We are established in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia, outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and some of our service providers also process data outside the EEA. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA is transferred to us or our providers, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
